Scope of services

As a psychologist and coach, I offer a range of services aimed at supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth. These services may include coaching, consultation, and educational workshops.

 

Client confidentiality

All information shared with me as your transpersonal guide is confidential and will be treated with the utmost respect for your privacy. Exceptions to this policy include situations where there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, or when required by law.

 

Transpersonal guidance disclaimer

Transpersonal guidance is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. My services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. If you have a medical or mental health condition, you should consult with a licensed medical or mental health professional.

 

Fees and payment

Fees for services will be agreed upon in advance and may vary depending on the type and duration of service provided. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via cash, TWINT, PayPal or credit card.

 

Cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or if you miss your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the session. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Limitation of liability

As a transpersonal guide, I will strive to provide high-quality services and support to my clients. However, I cannot guarantee the outcomes of these services, and I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of my services.

Termination of services

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time for any reason. In such cases, any fees paid for services not yet rendered will be refunded to the client.

 

Intellectual property

All materials and content provided as part of my services are owned by me and may not be reproduced or distributed without my written permission.
